Through our website forms, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event date, location and type, and any information you choose to include in your message.
With your cookie preferences, we may also collect technical data such as your IP address, device, browser, pages visited and interaction with the site.
We use this information to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare proposals and take the steps requested before a potential booking.
If you book a service, we use the data to manage the reservation and event, process payments, issue invoices and meet applicable administrative, accounting and tax obligations.
Unbooked enquiries and quotations are normally retained for up to 12 months from the last contact. Client data is kept for the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may use technology providers such as Webflow, Google, Microsoft Clarity, Notion and necessary automation tools to operate our website and manage enquiries.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we apply the safeguards required by data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose data where this is required by law or by a competent authority.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or, where applicable, portability of your data. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email info@selfriends.es and provide the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology providers, processing activities or applicable law change.
